Terms
Terms of use
Last updated 29 August 2026
These terms cover your use of RaceDash.live. By signing in you accept them. They are short on purpose.
Early access
The service is under active development. Features will change, break, and occasionally disappear. We may change or withdraw any part of it, and we do not promise it will be available when you need it — including during a race.
Your account
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for who you invite into your organisations and what access you give them.
Your content
Dashboards, notes, and configuration you create remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display that content in order to run the service for you.
Share links
Generating an unlisted link makes the linked race view accessible to anyone holding it. That is what it is for. You are responsible for who you send links to, and you can revoke any link at any time. See the privacy page for how this works in practice.
Timing data
Timing information originates from third-party timing providers and race organisers. We do not control it, we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, or timely, and it may be delayed, wrong, or missing. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a competitive or safety decision. The official timing published by the organiser is always authoritative.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights
- attempt to gain access to organisations or data you have not been given access to
- place unreasonable load on the service, or attempt to disrupt it for others
- resell or redistribute the service without our agreement
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where doing so is necessary to protect the service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost data, or lost opportunity arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are using the service as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and tell account holders.
